The Summer Sun–Hot and full of Healing

Sunscreen, sun-tan [burn] lotion, opaque parasols, large-dark sunglasses, wide-brimmed hats, long sleeves and long pants–obviously good advice to protect against skin cancer and sunstroke.

And self-defeating if you need natural vitamin D and the warmth of real heat.

How about moderation? Careful exposure times, consistent days and times, watch wind and water exposure, cool drinking water at the ready–and enjoy the benefits of natural sun light.
