Monday was Dairy Council Ice Cream Festival Day at the Utah State Fair. All-you-can-eat ice cream! We are dairy farmers and my son is on the Dairy Council, so we all got in free for ice cream.
I am lactose intolerant–can you believe it? I married a dairy farmer. Could not drink the milk without problems and pain.
I had 12 scoops of ice cream and a nut bar (ice cream dipped in chocolate and nuts). Oh my.
Without pain or trouble of any kind. I can’t believe it! Delicious.
